Due to the holiday rush, UPS will not longer be guaranteeing ground package arrival in 3-6 business days as of December 16, 2009. However, at this point, all Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Ground packages are being guaranteed. For your convenience we have included UPS and our holiday schedules for your information. If you have any questions please give us a call and we would be happy to help you. December 23 - Our offices will be closed at 12pm PST. All orders placed before 11am PST will ship out on this day. Christmas Eve - December 24, 2009 - Delivery and pick up of Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air packages only, however these packages will not be guaranteed. We will not be in the office on Christmas Eve and no packages will be shipped from our facilities. Christmas Day - December 25, 2009 - No delivery or pickup of any packages. We will not be in the office Christmas day and no packages will be shipped from our facilities. New Year's Eve - December 31, 2009 - Delivery and pick up of Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air packages only, however these packages will not be guaranteed. We will be open on New Years Eve; however, we cannot guarantee any packages will be shipped from our facilities on this day. New Year's Day - January 1, 2010 - No delivery or pickup of any packages. We will not be in the office on New Years Day and no packages will be shipped from our facilities.
